Done-for-you fits when the pile is real and the time isn't there
- ›A remittance just landed 20–40% below your invoice and you don't have days to reverse-engineer it.
- ›Disputes are worth real money but keep slipping past their filing windows.
- ›Fighting deductions is nobody's actual job at your company.
- ›You'll happily share a slice of recovered dollars — but won't pay a retainer for a maybe.

How it works
You hand off a remittance. We do the rest.
- 1You share a remittance; we categorize and identify the disputable lines
- 2We assemble the required backup (BOLs, PODs, deal sheets, EDI records)
- 3We file and work each dispute in the distributor's portal
- 4You pay 25% of what's actually recovered — nothing if we recover nothing
Why it's no-risk
The incentives are aligned with getting your money back
25%, below the market
Below the 25–35% most contingency auditors charge — with no minimum claim size.
No retainer, ever
You pay nothing up front. Our fee comes only out of dollars we actually recover for you.
Nothing if we recover nothing
If a dispute doesn't land, you owe nothing for it. The risk is entirely ours.

What is a done-for-you deduction recovery service?
A done-for-you deduction recovery service is an outside specialist who disputes and recovers your invalid retail and distributor deductions for you — assembling the backup, filing each claim in the portal, and working it to resolution. Ours runs on contingency, so we're paid only a share of the dollars actually recovered.
How much does done-for-you recovery cost?
25% of the dollars we actually recover — below the 25–35% most contingency auditors charge, with no minimum, no retainer, and no lock-in. You pay nothing if nothing is recovered. If you're already on self-serve, your subscription fee is credited toward recovery.
How is this different from a managed service?
Done-for-you is claim-by-claim recovery on pure contingency — we file your disputes and are paid only on results, with no retainer. A fully managed service takes over the entire deduction function on an ongoing retainer-plus-share basis. Done-for-you fits brands with a recoverable pile and no time to file; managed fits brands that want to hand off the whole operation.
Do you cover KeHE and UNFI?
Yes — the distributor lane is our specialty. We file KeHE deductions through K-Solve and UNFI deductions through the UNFI Dispute Center, and we handle retailer remittances too. The fastest way to start is a free review of a recent remittance.
